We are looking forward to our annual Butterfly Release at 3pm on June 16, 2023.
Residents and families purchase butterflies – some to release for a joyful experience – and some to release in honour of a loved one.
The Butterfly Release follows a Sitewide Memorial service honouring residents who passed away between June 1, 2022 and May 31, 2023.
Parking on the Menno Place campus will be free on Friday, June 16th for the events. There will be additional parking down the street at the Peace Lutheran Church parking lot (at the corner of McCallum & Ware) with shuttle service running approximately every 20 minutes.
Shuttle service will begin at 1:20pm for those attending the Menno Place Memorial. The last pick up at Peace Lutheran Church will be at 2:40 pm.
