4. Apply to Live in The Apartments

To live in Menno Apartments (independent living or private pay assisted living), you will need to fill out an application. Please fill out one per applicant (each member of a couple needs to fill out the application). Your completed application must be returned and your name will then be placed on the waitlist for Primrose Gardens, Terrace East, Terrace West or The Pavilion.

Can I apply for Long-Term Care?

No. Fraser Health assigns residents to Menno Home and Menno Hospital based on their Assessment of Needs. Return to Step 3: Assessment for more information.
