3. Assessment

To qualify for nursing care support, you’ll need an assessment of what kind of support you require.

Private Pay Assisted Living

For private pay Assisted Living, you will come to Terrace East to meet with our nursing care team to talk about your care needs. The Life Enrichment Coordinator will call you when it is time for you to be assessed. This will happen close to the time that an apartment suite is vacant for you to move to Menno Terrace East.

Fraser Health Subsidized Care Support

For all levels of financially subsidized care from Fraser Health, you will require an assessment by their team.
