The Pavilion was built in 1983 and has 59 suites in the apartment building. It is an apartment building where the residents enjoy a hair salon and numerous lounges. Pavilion has a dining room (eat under the glass roof) and a full recreation calendar.

Studio suites have a full kitchen for rent $1,650 per month.

Both sections (1983 + 1992) one-bedroom suites at Pavilion are $1,900 – $2,000/month. Prices vary by floor and view.
