Many seniors become anxious and depressed as they age. They go through enormous changes, transitions, and loss – and they often need a renewed sense of meaning, purpose, and hope.
When caring for seniors, physical and mental health are essential – but they’re not enough. True holistic care means understanding and supplying their spiritual needs as well.
You can help meet those needs.
