The Family & Friends Newsletter is set up to improve communication, to allow for multiple people in a family to receive communication and to share ideas and happenings with you that haven’t been communicated through our traditional primary care communication system.

The Family & Friends Newsletter will not be an avenue of communication about a specific resident to discuss issues that pertain to an individual. Those issues will continue to be addressed through the nursing staff, finance or our Compliments & Concerns form. Privacy expectations for our residents is outlined in The BC Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act.
